This Chicago whole home renovation was designed around precision, flow, and elevated everyday living. The project centered on a full kitchen transformation with custom millwork, oversized waterfall island, integrated appliances, and a statement metal ceiling detail that defines the entire main living space.

Structural coordination played a critical role in opening the layout and aligning the kitchen, living, and circulation areas into one continuous experience. Custom steel detailing, exposed wood beams, a modern fireplace wall, and the integrated residential elevator required careful planning long before finishes were installed.

The primary bath continues the same level of intention with large-format stone, a frameless glass shower enclosure, a freestanding tub, and clean architectural lines that prioritize both comfort and function.
